Refund policy

At Seasonal Letter from the Studio, each seasonal letter is prepared in limited quantities and thoughtfully assembled with care. Because of the nature of these items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

If your package is delayed in transit, please allow additional time for delivery before contacting us, as shipping times are determined by the postal service.
