Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Seasonal Letter from the Studio.

Each seasonal letter is prepared in limited quantities and mailed during a scheduled shipping week rather than immediately after purchase.

Seasonal Reservations

When you reserve a seasonal letter, payment is processed at the time your order is placed. Your letter is then carefully prepared and shipped during the scheduled mailing week for that edition.

One-Time Orders

If one-time purchases are available, your order will be shipped during the mailing week for the seasonal edition you reserved.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been mailed, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada (local): Approximately 2 business days

  • Within Ontario: Approximately 3 business days

  • Canada (nationwide): Approximately 4 business days

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and may take up to 4 weeks.

These estimates are provided by the postal service and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Seasonal letters are mailed using standard postal service unless otherwise stated. Tracking is not included.

Delays

Once your order has been handed to the postal service, delivery times are outside our control. Delays caused by weather, customs, postal disruptions, or other circumstances may occur.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost mail resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.
