Cancellation policy

Customers who choose the recurring purchase option will automatically be charged every three months for each new seasonal edition at the discounted price.

You may cancel your recurring purchase at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not affect any order that has already been processed.

Customers who choose the one-time purchase option will not be charged again after their initial order.

All seasonal letters are prepared in limited quantities and include handwritten and carefully curated contents. Once an order has been processed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
